Balloon & backdrop setup
The fee covers a 3-hour rental period.
Pricing may vary slightly for locations outside the Fraser Valley or Lower Mainland area, or for longer durations and additional backdrops.
Food transfer and setup
Floral and candle arrangements for food tables are available as an add-on to enhance the elegance and aesthetic of your setup.
Pricing will vary depending on the size and style of your table. A detailed quote will be provided during the planning process based on your vision and table dimensions.
Last-Minute Booking Fee
Applies to events booked less than 7 days in advance. This fee covers the extra time, staffing, and logistics needed to prepare your event on short notice.
Events with fewer than 30 guests
Events with fewer than 60 guests
Events with fewer than 100 guests

Butler Service Fee
This fee includes a dedicated butler to assist during your event with food and drink service, guest support, table clearing, and maintaining a tidy setup throughout the event.
